EcoPath Energy Research & Consulting, LLC was developed by Royce W. James, Ph.D., CAPT, USCG (Ret), a Plasma Physicist and Developer of Community-Centered Anti-Oppression Flourishing Futures.

Dr. James brings expertise in both the burgeoning Fusion/Plasma Ecosystem and Leadership, Workforce Development, and Community Futures Development.

He is a Retired Coast Guard Captain and former member of the Permanent Commissioned Teaching Staff at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

His experience includes being the Lead “Healthy to Innovative” spaces integrator and equity-mindedness cultivator for over 3,000 professional society members, and serving as a Chief Diversity Officer for over 10,000 members.
